Cancellation Policy

Please provide 24 hours notice of any cancellation or reschedule if possible.


This can be done by texting 905-327-0537 or following the confirmation link received 48 hours prior to your booking via email and sms. The number used for appointment reminders is automated and does not receive messages.


If you cancel or reschedule and provide less than 24 hours notice, you will be required to pre-pay when booking your next appointment (due at time of booking). This payment is non-refundable unless otherwise discussed with your practitioner.


No Show Policy


If you do not attend your appointment and have not notified us of cancellation you will be required to pre-pay when booking your next appointment (due at time of booking). This payment is non-refundable unless otherwise discussed with your practitioner.



Locked Door Policy


For the safety of our practitioners and our space, we keep the front door locked while we are with clients. This helps to encourage social distancing as our lobby is small. If the door is locked when you arrive ON TIME for your appointment please text 905-327-0537 and we will be with you as soon as we are available.

As part of this policy, all forms and documents submitted have a space for you to include your pronouns to ensure we identify you correctly. for example they/them, she/her he/him.


MASKING POLICY


MASKS MAY BE WORN AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION.IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES OR A CHRONIC COUGH, PLEASE CONSIDER WEARING ONE. MASKS ARE REQUIRED FOR LASH AND BROW APPOINTMENTS. OUR PRACTITIONERS WILL CONTINUE TO WEAR MASKS WHILE PROVIDING YOUR SERVICES AND MAY REMOVE THEM OUTSIDE OF THE TREATMENT ROOMS. ABOVE ALL, PLEASE BE KIND TO ONE
